1. Contact us via phone or email, or schedule a visit to our workshop.

2. We will have an initial conversation to discuss exactly what you are looking for in terms of model, specifications, budget, and expectations.

3. We will send you a detailed quote outlining the costs and the estimated construction time.

​

4. Once the quote is approved, we will begin the construction process, maintaining constant communication with you throughout.

​

5. Upon completion of the build, you may pick up the guitar in person if you are in Bogotá; otherwise, we will ship it to your location via a delivery service.​
